The Civilization VI: Rise and Fall expansion brings new choices, strategies, and challenges for players as they guide a civilization through the ages. The expansion introduces new Great Ages, Loyalty, and Governors systems, expands existing Diplomacy and Government systems, and adds eight new civilizations, nine new leaders, a variety of new units, districts, wonders, buildings, and more. Can you lead your people into a Golden Age of prosperity? Or will your empire face the challenges of a Dark Age?

Civilization VI offers new ways to interact with your world, expand your empire across the map, advance your culture, and compete against history’s greatest leaders to build a civilization that will stand the test of time.

Originally created by legendary game designer Sid Meier, Civilization is a turn-based strategy game in which you attempt to build an empire to stand the test of time. Become Ruler of the World by establishing and leading a civilization from the Stone Age to the Information Age. Wage war, conduct diplomacy, advance your culture, and go head-to-head with history’s greatest leaders as you attempt to build the greatest civilization the world has ever known.

What do you like most about Korea? How will you use this new civ in Civilization VI: Rise and Fall?

  2. not racism… but she face looks like southern Asia (eyes, skin color, face..) Korea is northeast .. (southern … Northern Asian face, skin color, weight, face) is different…

  3. 저건 한국여인이 아닌데?? 동남아 여성같다.
단지 아주 아니라는 말은 못하겠지만 전형적 한국여성으로 안보임.

  4. Wtf she doesn't look Korean
    she looks Native Hawaiian
Koreans don't have have dark skin or brown skin
    Sid Meir is a dipshit

  5. Wtf she doesn't look Korean
    she looks Native Hawaiian
Koreans don't have have dark skin or brown skin
    Sid Meir is a dipshit

  6. She doesn't look like a Korean, and the names and effects of unique abilities do not match each other…I am very disappointed.

  7. Seondeok's Silla cannot represent Korean Civilization…
Queen Seondeok is just a leader of the local government before 'unified Silla'.
and She is famous only lack of her leadership.this is worst choise like a france. also this situation seems like Arnold Schwarzenegger was be the leader of american civilization.

  8. Dear Firaxis, please at least try to pronounce Korean semi-correctly. Hwacha has two syllables, not three, and the w glide isn't very foreign to English.

  9. also, many korean dislike silla dynasty.
because in the samkuk's era, korea's historical identity is being on the goguryeo (=high korea) dynasty.
but silla destroyed goguryeo government (with chinese goverment)
thus, this is very insulting choise to koreans.
yes….they are definitely korean's ancestor. but, for example, it seems like Mehmet II was be the leader of roman civilization.
bcoz "3th roma" is definitely ottoman empiere.. isn't it?

  10. 제바아아아아아알!!!!!!!!! 선덕이 뭐야!!!!!!!!!!! 조선의↑궁궐에↓ 당도한 것을→ 환영하오. 낯선이여↓ 갓 세종 돌려줘!!!!!!

  11. not racism.. but this is wrong… skin color, body style, face style, eye… is looks like southeast Asia……. (Korea is northeast Asia)
northeast Asia is different other Asian… more bright skin color(looks like white) , more tall, not chink eye…… you must fix …. example north Europe, South Europe. East Europe.. different skin color, weight, eyes..

  12. I don't think that Queen Sun Duk is not suitable to represent Korea. Gwang Gae To the Great and King Mun Mu are more suitable

  13. Ok, so first, yes. I'm happy to see that Queen Seondeok is in the game, although I do hope to see someone like King Gwanggaeto the Great someday. Second, the cringe I feel when I hear Civ announcers mispronounce Korean names (Silla is pronounced with a softer 's' that's closer to a 'sh' sound, for example). At least they pronounced Seondeok correctly, unlike their egregious pronunciation of Sejong (Softer short e, softer long o).
