Hurling combines the talents of baseball, hockey, and lacrosse in a single excessive velocity, excessive scoring, excessive octane sport that can blow you away. It’s taking off in North America. Try it!

  1. So weird im irish and i play this nearly every day and i come here and a load of people sayin they never seen it before.

  2. Brilliant. Is there any chance of uploading the same but with better quality video? Hurling needs this exposure, but with better quality. Cheers.

  3. Cur i lathair den scoth. Ar fheabhas. Bhain me an-sport go deo seo. Is brea liom an ceol chomh maith. Go raibh maith agat.

  4. There was nothing on TV today so I watched a game of Hurling on Sky… had never heard of it before as an ignorant Englishman but I really enjoyed it! My two favourite sports are Football and Cricket… but your sport has certainly caught my attention like others don't 🙂

  5. When I see parents spending $2000. on equipment to protect their kids (hockey)… they'll NEVER let their kids play Hurling in Canada !

  6. Being from NZ, I've always kinda known about/heard of this sport but never really seen it or known how it's played….. until now, and it looks fucking awesome!

  7. too bad it isn't fastest game on this PLANET. hockey is LETS GO HOCKEY 😀 hurling does seem like an interesting sport though I always like fast sports and this might be the 2nd fastest sport in the world

  8. this looks dangerous… im surprised it hasn't gotten more attention worldwide…. unless i am the only one who has not heard of hurling… a distinct possibility!

  9. Crazy, crazy game. I looks bloody dangerous to me. You wouldn't get me playing, that's for sure! Respect goes out to the players…

  10. Cool looking sport. My only criticism is that I think a nice heavy metal riff would better capture the intensity of the sport rather than the cheesy techno.

  11. wtf is this? feels like some one wanted to make a new sport but had ideas so robbed aspects of every other sport

  12. It looks fukin chaotic but apart from football all the other sports bore me stupid, hurling seems another expedition.

  13. I have a couple of points to mention :

The players are amateur, so they don't get paid

At the moment, it is vital to wear a helmet when playing but in the 1900's there wasn't helmets

Sometimes you get hit with a 100+mph ball that is practically made of rock
