  1. Was it double hulled? Why was it not towed somewhere? Is there no way of securing a towline fore or aft? How much oil went down? How can ships collide in the middle of the ocean???

  2. NO Loss on the ocean. Japans waters was doomed a couple years back. Was it around any US Navy Destroyers during the collision?
